Qualified Conditions For Medial Treatments

Kentucky law allows medical marijuana use for patients with certain qualifying conditions. If you or a loved one is living with one of the conditions listed below, you may be eligible for a Kentucky Medical Marijuana Card.

Patients may qualify if they are diagnosed with any of the following:

  • Cancer(including active treatment side effects such as nausea, pain, and weight loss)
  • Epilepsy or Seizure Disorders(including drug-resistant epilepsy)
  • Multiple Sclerosis (MS)(muscle spasms, pain, and fatigue)
  • Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)(anxiety, flashbacks, and sleep disorders)
  • Chronic Pain(long-term pain that affects daily functioning)
  • Nausea and Vomiting(especially related to cancer or chronic illness)
